Orders
To avoid any delay on your order please provide accurate and current personal information including your name, address, credit card or other related payment details, and a valid email address. It is your responsibility to ensure this is all correct, as we will use this to post your order.
Payment
Payment in full is taken from the time of order placement. Payments are to be made in Australian Dollars.
The shop is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a security device that ensures that any data, which you enter into a secure area of the website, is encrypted during transmission over the Internet. SSL utilises data encryption to create a secure environment for you to conduct your online transactions.
Our shop does not store or keep credit card numbers from online transactions. The last four numbers and the expiry date of your credit card number are kept for order verification and identification purposes only.
Pricing
All prices quoted on the online store do not include freight. Freight will be added at the end of your purchase to your invoice.
Damaged Goods
Please get in touch with Flick's studio ASAP on (03) 5975 2609 or email us at designsbyflick@gmail.com if your jewels are damaged during transit. Depending on the amount of damage to your special piece, we will suggest returning to us, mailing instructions will be provided for repair. If the jewels are damaged beyond repair, we will place an insurance claim for the damaged jewels to be replaced.
